The Suzuki RG500 Gamma features a complex square-four crankshaft that requires specialized inspection and rebuilding.
This service includes complete disassembly, cleaning, measurement, and evaluation of all critical components to determine rebuildability.
Because the big-end pin is integrated into the inner crank web, any damaged or worn crank half must be replaced before rebuilding can proceed.
After inspection, a detailed assessment and rebuild recommendation is provided based on crankshaft condition.
$180 deposit is applied toward the final invoice and is non-refundable.
