Our Re-Sleeve Service Kits were developed to provide you with a comprehensive, hassle-free top-end solution for your 4-stroke dirt bike.
We start by inspecting your cylinder and performing a full Re-Sleeve Service.
The cylinder is bored to fit a model-specific sleeve, then bored again and honed to match the included standard bore piston kit.
This ensures precise piston-to-cylinder wall clearance for optimal performance and reliability.
Everything you need for your rebuild is included in one convenient package.

Please remove all attechments (Studs, Powervalve, Gaskets, Oilseals, Dowlpins etc..)
Please contact us directly before placing your order if any of the following apply to your cylinder:
The cylinder has a broken skirt or major cracks
Has a OE Sleeve
The cylinder was previously sleeved by another company and the sleeve is loose or moves
These conditions may require special handling or may not qualify for standard service. Reaching out beforehand allows us to properly assess your situation and avoid delays or complications.
