We perform precision cylinder boring and honing using dedicated equipment to ensure optimal results.
 
Boring is done on a Bridgeport mill, followed by honing on a dedicated Sunnen machine with specific mandrels for accurate finish and fit.
Piston ring end gap is checked and set to specification.
 
Ideal for 2-stroke and 4-stroke applications.
