  • Drain All Fluids
    ➤ Engines must be completely free of oil, coolant, and fuel.
    ➤ A disposal fee will apply if fluids are present upon arrival.
  • Power Wash Your Engine
    ➤ Engines must be free of mud, grease, and excessive grime.
    ➤ Dirty engines will be charged a cleaning fee.
 
Important Customer Notice:
Please contact us directly before ordering if one or more of the following apply:
  • Your engine is sent in as a “boxed-in engine” (disassembled or incomplete). This kit does not cover such cases.
  • Your engine is not in running condition. Eligibility for this kit requires the engine to be in operable status.
  • Your engine has suffered major internal damage. Severely damaged engines are not eligible for this kit.
  • This kit does not include any machine work (e.g., cylinder repair, boring). Such services are billed separately if required.

  • To ensure your engine arrives safely and is returned in perfect condition, we require all motors to be shipped in a hard plastic Igloo-style cooler.

    We recommend the following model, which is durable, affordable, and the perfect fit for most engines:

    This cooler will be returned to you with your rebuilt engine.

    ✅ Please follow these steps:

    • Place your engine in a 48qt Igloo cooler with plenty of padding.

    • Remove any fluids before shipping.

    • Include your name and contact information inside the cooler.

    • Ship to the address we’ll provide in your confirmation email after checkout.

    ❗ Don't Have a Cooler?

    No problem – if you don’t send your engine in a suitable Igloo-style cooler, we will purchase one for you and add the cost to your invoice.

    Using a cooler isn’t just for protection — it’s the only way we accept engine shipments to prevent damage and speed up handling.
